What items can I return and when?

All items are returnable within 14 days of receipt of your order. Please note that returns will only be accepted on unused items in original packaging.

How do I return items?

For all non-USA orders, please email your return request to helpme@yogahustle.com and a member of our team will email you a pre-paid return shipping label and return instructions.

Will you refund my full order amount?

For UK orders, please note that we will refund the full price of returned merchandise (including duties, taxes and shipping costs) for any faulty or damaged items. However, please note that original shipping costs, duties and taxes are non-refundable for all other returns and a £25 fee will be deducted from your refund.

How soon will I receive my refund?

We will issue the refund within 3 busines days of receipt at our warehouse. We ask that you allow a week for the refund to appear on your credit/debit cart statement.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer an exchange policy. We suggest you return items you wish to exchange, and submit a new order on yogahustle.com
